Download does not work or aborts?

If you are having trouble downloading your software, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:


1. Try a Different Web Browser

Sometimes, browser extensions or cache settings can interfere with large downloads. Try using an alternative browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox) to see if the download starts correctly.


2. Temporarily Disable Security Software

If a different browser doesn't work, your antivirus or firewall may be blocking the connection. You can temporarily disable your virus protection or firewall for the duration of the download.
